These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ripple Import application ("the App"), provided by Coderipple Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Ripple Import is a monday.com board view application that enables users to import data from CSV and Excel files into monday.com boards. The App runs as a client-side application within the monday.com platform.

2. Account and access

To use the App, you must have a valid monday.com account. Access to the App is subject to monday.com's own terms of service and your subscription plan. The App is available as a board view within your monday.com workspace.

3. Plans and billing

The App offers the following plans:

• Free — 10 imports per month, all features included.
• Pro ($9.99/account/month) — 100 imports per month, all features included.
• Business ($19.99/account/month) — Unlimited imports, all features included.

Billing is handled through the monday.com marketplace. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your monday.com account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and monday.com's terms of service. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent import limits or plan restrictions.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or monday.com's services.

5. Data and privacy

Your data remains within your browser and monday.com account. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Coderipple Tech Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within monday.com.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all data formats.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coderipple Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
