This Privacy Policy describes how Coderipple Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Ripple Import application ("the App") on the monday.com platform.

1. What data we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

Ripple Import runs entirely within your browser as a client-side application embedded in monday.com. Your files (CSV, Excel) are parsed locally in your browser and never leave your device. We do not operate any backend servers that receive your data.

2. Data processed locally

When you use the App, the following data is processed locally in your browser:

• Uploaded files — CSV and Excel files are parsed in your browser's memory. They are not uploaded to any external server.
• Board structure — Column names, types, and groups are read from your monday.com board via the monday.com SDK to enable column mapping.
• Board items — Existing item names may be read for duplicate detection purposes.
• Import usage counter — A simple counter stored in your browser's localStorage to track monthly import count for plan limits. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted anywhere.

3. monday.com API

The App communicates with the monday.com API using the monday.com SDK, which handles authentication and authorization. All API calls are made directly between your browser and monday.com's servers. We do not intercept, proxy, or store any of this communication.

4. Third-party services

The App loads the Instrument Sans font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This is only used to render the UI and no user data is sent — only the font file is fetched.

The App does not use any analytics, tracking, advertising, or error-reporting services. No cookies are set by the App.

5. Data security

Since no data is collected or transmitted to our servers, there is no risk of data breach from our side. All data processing occurs within the security context of your monday.com account and your browser.

6. Children's privacy

The App is designed for use within the monday.com platform, which is a business tool. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
